
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
t tablesppoons cocoa
1 teaspoon red food coloring
2 tablespoons water
2 1/2 cups sifted cake flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vinegar

- Mix dry ingredients. Beat the eggs with a fork. Add oil and blend.
- Add the dry ingredients, add buttermilk, food coloring, vinegar and vanilla.
- Cook in 3 (8 inch) pans at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Frosting: Beat the cream cheese and butter, add vanilla, powdered sugar until mixed well stir in nuts.
